Step 2: Personalized training with your Ellison Support Specialist. Once you’ve completed your foundational training, you’ll be paired with a dedicated trainer/support specialist who will set up a regular training schedule with you. This isn’t generic webinar content. It’s one-on-one guidance tailored to your learning pace, your niche interests, and the areas where you want to build confidence.
Your support specialist will help you with things like:
- Navigating booking systems and supplier portals
- Building your first client conversations
- Understanding commission structures and how to grow your earnings
- Developing a personal marketing approach that works for you
Step 3: Ongoing support as you grow. Training doesn’t stop after onboarding. As your business develops, you’ll continue to have access to your manager, our back-office team, supplier training opportunities, and the broader Ellison advisor community.
