No. We provide training, mentorship, and tools to help you get started. Many of our most successful advisors came to us with no prior industry experience. For those brand new to the industry, ask us about Tripkit: a self-led Travel Industry training program through our industry educational partner, the Travel Institute. 

 

In Ontario, travel advisors must work under a TICO-registered agency. When you join Ellison, you’re covered under our license from day one — no separate registration required. In order to sell travel in Ontario under a TICO-registered Agency, you will need to pass a TICO Travel Counsellor Exam online to earn your certification.
